back momentarily to Abraham. He prevented his son Isaac from intermarrying
among the dark Canaanites then in the land. He sent his chief servant to
his own family and racial people to find a wife for Isaac. Abraham said,
"...thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the daughters of the
Canaanites, among whom I dwell" (Gen. 24:3).
The next generation,
Jacob married Leah and Rachel, daughters of Laban, nephew of Abraham, who lived
in the

the maids of Rachel and Leah--12 in all. Even the maids of Leah and Rachel

Armstrong says that the "probability" is that all the Yisraelites, "or nearly all" of them, were "of the white racial strain, unchanged since creation"! His comments CLEARLY SHOW that HE DOES NOT KNOW! For where he is talking about "probability" and "nearly all", he clearly shows that HE HAS NO PROOF! He is GUESSING! He is SPECULATING! He is just postulating a theory, with absolutely no proof or evidence! And he expects people to believe him!
Armstrong says that the Kanaani then in the land were "dark". Where is his proof? Where is his evidence? He offers none, yet expects his readers to believe him!
Armstrong says "even the maids of Leah and Rachel undoubtedly were of pure Hebrew stock". How does he know? Where is his proof? Why should he assume that they were of pure Hebrew stock, yet Sarah's maid, Hagar, was not of pure Hebrew stock? On what grounds does he say that the maids were of pure Hebrew stock? He offers no proof. He just makes unproven assertions and expects his readers to believe his words, simply because he has said them! Madness!
Armstrong Accused Avraham Of Interracial
Marriage Evil
Beresheet 16: 1-4 reads, "16:1Now Sarai, Avram's wife, bore him no
children. She had a handmaid, a Mitzrian, whose name was Hagar. 16:2Sarai said to Avram, 'See now, Yahweh has
restrained me from bearing. Please go in to my handmaid. It may be that I will
obtain children by her.' Avram listened to the voice of Sarai. 16:3Sarai, Avram's wife, took Hagar the
Mitzrian, her handmaid, after Avram had lived ten years in the
According to Armstrong, as the Mitzrim descended from Cham, they were black. According to Armstrong Avraham was white. Therefore, according to Armstrong, Avraham married interracially!
According to Armstrong Yahweh forbids interracial marriage. Therefore, according to Armstrong, Avram sinned against Yahweh by marrying Hagar, a Mitzrian.
Yahweh Disproves Armstrong's Condemnation Of
Avraham
According to Armstrong, a law is not a law unless it has a penalty for its violation. Seeing that Armstrong believed that Avram violated Yahweh's law by marrying a black woman, what penalty did Yahweh impose on Avram?
Instead, we see that when Hagar was fleeing from her mistress Sarai, the angel of Yahweh instructed her to return to her mistress and submit to her mistress. We see the angel of Yahweh instructing Hagar to return to Avram's household. If it was wrong for Avram to marry a Mitzrian, why did the angel of Yahweh instruct Hagar to return to Avram's household? And why did Yahweh bless Avram's progeny by Hagar by raising a great nation of Yishmael, even as he said he would do in Beresheet 17: 20?
Armstrong's theories, his fallacious theories, are clearly seen to be CONTRADICTED by Yahweh's words and conduct. For where Armstrong condemns, Yahweh does not condemn! For Armstrong is condemning the righteous, whom Yahweh does not condemn!
And he calls himself the Eliyah to come! He calls himself an apostle of the Messiah! He claims he was taught by Yah'shuah the Messiah! Madness! False claims! A false Eliyah he was! A false prophet he was! A false apostle he was!
Armstrong Said Yahudah Married Interracially
Beresheet 38: 1-11 reads, "38:1It happened at that time, that Yahudah went down from his brothers, and turned in to a certain `Adullami, whose name was Chirah. 38:2Yahudah saw there a daughter of a certain Kana`ani whose name was Shu`a. He took her, and went in to her. 38:3She conceived, and bore a son; and he named him `Er. 38:4She conceived again, and bore a son; and she named him Onan. 38:5She yet again bore a son, and named him Shelach: and he was at Keziv, when she bore him. 38:6Yahudah took a wife for `Er, his firstborn, and her name was Tamar. 38:7`Er, Yahudah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of Yahweh. Yahweh killed him. 38:8Yahudah said to Onan, "Go in to your brother's wife, and perform the duty of a husband's brother to her, and raise up seed to your brother." 38:9Onan knew that the seed wouldn't be his; and it happened, when he went in to his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest he should give seed to his brother. 38:10The thing which he did was evil in the sight of Yahweh, and he killed him also. 38:11Then Yahudah said to Tamar, his daughter-in-law, "Remain a widow in your father's house, until Shelach, my son, is grown up;" for he said, "Lest he also die, like his brothers." Tamar went and lived in her father's house."
Beresheet 38: 2 clearly shows that Yahudah married Shua, a daughter of a certain Kanaani. Yahudah therefore married a Kanaani.
Armstrong has already said that the Kanaani, by virtue of descending from Cham, were blacks. Therefore, according to Armstrong, Yahudah married a black woman!
Armstrong Condemned Yahudah For Interracial
Marriage
Armstrong has also said that the Yisraelites were whites! Therefore, according to Armstrong, Yahudah violated Yahweh's word, in that he married a black woman, when he was white! According to Armstrong, Yahudah committed the same sin that human beings committed during the time of Noach!
Yahweh Did Not Condemn Yahudah For His
"Interracial" Marriage
In the above account in Beresheet it is clearly seen that Yahweh killed Yahudah's son Er, because Er was wicked in the sight of Yahweh. Yahweh also killed Onan, Er's brother, because he refused to give seed to his brother, but spilled it on the ground, when he had sex with his late brother's wife, Tamar.
Now, if Yahweh killed Er, because he was wicked, and Yahweh killed Onan, because he performed an evil deed, why didn't Yahweh kill Yahudah, for marrying a Kanaani woman? Was it that Yahudah had not done evil in marrying the Kanaani woman he married, Shua?
According to Armstrong Yahudah had married interracially, and therefore deserved to die just as Armstrong says the men in the age prior to the flood married interracially and were killed for so marrying! So why wasn't Yahudah killed, yet his sons who committed wickedness and evil in Yahweh's sight were killed for their wickedness and evil? Can it be that there was no evil in Yahudah marrying Shua, despite Shua being a Kanaani?
Armstrong Could Not Explain Why Yahweh Did Not
Kill Noach's Sons
Also, why doesn't Armstrong say that Noach's sons Cham and Yefet committed evil in that they married, according to Armstrong, interracially? If Yahweh killed other men for marrying interracially, why did he spare Cham and Yefet for so marrying?
Armstrong is seen just to be theorising, and expounding fallacious theories at that! His own theories are not internally consistent! And yet he expects people to believe them!
Also, by his fallacious theories, he accuses Yahweh of being partial - showing partiality to some men! Yet Yahweh clearly shows in his Word that he is no respecter of persons and shows no partiality (Acts 10: 34)! Armstrong's "God" was evidently not the Mighty One revealed in the scriptures, HaElyon, Yahweh-Tzvaot!
Armstrong Condemned Yosef For Marrying
"Interracially"
Beresheet 41: 45 reads, "41:45Par`oh called Yosef's name Tzafenat-Pa`neach; and he gave him Asenat, the daughter of Potiphera Kohen of On as a wife. Yosef went out over the land of Mitzrayim."
According to Armstrong, Yosef was white and the Mitzrim were blacks. So here, according to Armstrong, Yosef was marrying interracially, for he was marrying the daughter of a Mitzrian Kohen or priest! Therefore, according to Armstrong, Yosef was sinning against Yahweh, for he was doing that which Yahweh had forbidden!
Beresheet 41: 38 clearly shows that Yosef had the Spirit of Yahweh dwelling in him. Therefore, at the time he was marrying Asenat, daughter of Potiphera, he was doing so with Yahweh's Spirit dwelling in him.
Yahweh Disproved Armstrong By Not Condemning
Yosef
Did Yahweh condemn Yosef for marrying Asenat? Did Yahweh condemn Yosef according to the manner Armstrong condemned him? Evidently not! Instead Yahweh blessed Yosef with two sons by Asenat!
Beresheet 41: 50-52 reads, "41:50To Yosef were born two sons before the year of famine came, whom Asenat, the daughter of Potiphera Kohen of On, bore to him. 41:51Yosef called the name of the firstborn Menashshe, 'For,' he said, 'the Mighty One has made me forget all my toil, and all my father's house.' 41:52The name of the second, he called Efrayim: 'For the Mighty One has made me fruitful in the land of my affliction.'"
It is evident that Yahweh judged matters differently to the manner Armstrong judged! It is evident that Yah'shuah the Messiah did not teach Armstrong how to judge matters! Instead Armstrong learned how to judge matters from someone else - Hasatan the devil, for Armstrong claimed that he was not taught by a human being!
Existence Of Menashshe And Efrayim Disproves
Armstrong's Theories
Also, seeing that Menashshe and Efrayim are numbered among the children of Yisrael, and they are NOT of the pure Hebrew stock, Armstrong is evidently shown to be WRONG in alleging that the children of Yisrael were all evidently of the pure Hebrew stock!
Armstrong was just propounding theories, fallacious theories, negated by Yahweh's word! And he expected his readers to believe his words - because he Armstrong said them, without offering them any proof for his allegations! Madness! Madness!
Yahweh Again Disproves Armstrong's Lies
Beresheet 46: 28-34 reads, "46:28He sent Yahudah before him to Yosef, to show the way before him to Goshen, and they came into the land of Goshen. 46:29Yosef made ready his chariot, and went up to meet Yisra'el, his father, in Goshen. He presented himself to him, and fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while. 46:30Yisra'el said to Yosef, 'Now let me die, since I have seen your face, that you are still alive.' 46:31Yosef said to his brothers, and to his father's house, 'I will go up, and speak with Par`oh, and will tell him, "My brothers, and my father's house, who were in the land of Kana`an, have come to me. 46:32These men are shepherds, for they have been keepers of cattle, and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have." 46:33It will happen, when Par`oh summons you, and will say, "What is your occupation?" 46:34that you shall say, "Your servants have been keepers of cattle from our youth even until now, both we, and our fathers. That you may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination to the Mitzrim.'"
According to Armstrong, the reason the Yisraelites dwelt geographically separate from the Mitzrim was because they were of a different race. Yet, according to Scripture, the reason had to do with their OCCUPATION, and NOT THEIR RACE! For the Yisraelites were "shepherds", and "every shepherd is an abomination to the Mitzrim"! It is therefore evident that Armstrong was just theorising in his comments, promulgating fallacious theories not supported by Scripture!
Armstrong Condemned Moshe For Marrying
"Interracially"
Bemidbar 12: 1-16 reads, "12:1Miryam and Aharon spoke against Moshe because of the Kushite woman whom he had married; for he had married a Kushite woman. 12:2They said, 'Has Yahweh indeed spoken only with Moshe? Hasn't he spoken also with us?' Yahweh heard it. 12:3Now the man Moshe was very humble, above all the men who were on the surface of the earth. 12:4Yahweh spoke suddenly to Moshe, and to Aharon, and to Miryam, 'Come out you three to the tent of meeting.' They three came out. 12:5Yahweh came down in a pillar of cloud, and stood at the door of the Tent, and called Aharon and Miryam; and they both came forth. 12:6He said, 'Hear now my words: if there be a prophet among you, I Yahweh will make myself known to him in a vision, I will speak with him in a dream. 12:7My servant Moshe is not so; he is faithful in all my house. 12:8With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even manifestly, and not in dark speeches; and the form of Yahweh shall he see. Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant, against Moshe?' 12:9The anger of Yahweh was kindled against them; and he departed. 12:10The cloud removed from over the Tent; and, behold, Miryam was leprous, as white as snow. And Aharon looked at Miryam, and, behold, she was leprous. 12:11Aharon said to Moshe, 'Oh, my master, please don't lay sin on us, for that we have done foolishly, and for that we have sinned.' 12:12Let her not, I pray, be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother's womb. 12:13Moshe cried to Yahweh, saying, 'Heal her, Mighty One, I beg you.' 12:14Yahweh said to Moshe, 'If her father had but spit in her face, shouldn't she be ashamed seven days? Let her be shut up outside of the camp seven days, and after that she shall be brought in again.' 12:15Miryam was shut up outside of the camp seven days. And the people didn't travel until Miryam was brought in again. 12:16Afterward the people journeyed from Chatzerot, and encamped in the wilderness of Paran."
The Kushite descended from Cham. According to Armstrong they were black, seeing that they descended from Cham. According to Armstrong Moshe was white. Therefore, according to Armstrong, Moshe married interracially, and violated Yahweh's word!
Yahweh Did Not Condemn Moshe And Disproved Armstrong
Yet when Yahweh called Moshe, Aharon and Miryam, did he rebuke Moshe for marrying the Kushite woman? EVIDENTLY NOT! Instead he rebuked Aharon and Miryam for showing disrespect to his special prophet, who had a status higher than that of ordinary prophets of his!
It is therefore clear that Yahweh did not condemn Moshe for marrying the Kushite woman whom he married. It is also evident that where Yahweh does not condemn, Armstrong condemns! Armstrong was therefore evidently not taught by Yah'shuah the Messiah, for Armstrong's judgements are contradicted by those of Yah'shuah the Messiah!
Armstrong Ignored Scripture To Propagate His
Theories
The people agreed. Thus
they became God's chosen nation. BUT WHY?
This we know: God's
purpose for them had a definite relation to preparing for the ultimate KINGDOM
OF GOD--when the GOVERNMENT OF GOD would be reestablished over all the earth,
and spiritual salvation would be offered to ALL!
Undoubtedly, one
reason was to preserve the original physical racial strain.
Armstrong, by his comments, is clearly showing himself to be ignoring or disregarding Yahweh's clear record in Scripture. For how can he say that "original physical racial strain" was preserved in Yisrael, yet we see that key Yisraelites married women of other nations? Men including Yosef, who married a Mitzrian, and Moshe, who married a Kushite woman? The truth of the matter is that at the time of Yaakov and even at Moshe's time, the Yisraelites as a group were no longer of the pure Hebrew stock! They had already become mingled to some degree with the nations around them!
Armstrong's theories are therefore seen to be fallacies, contradicted by Yahweh's word!
Government in the Kingdom of God
First, Abraham was a man
of very outstanding qualifying abilities. Undoubtedly he, with his sons
Isaac and Israel, shall, in the resurrection and kingdom of God, occupy a
position next under Christ himself. The kingdom of God will be a spiritual
kingdom including both Church and State--earth wide. These, as a team, probably
will be next in line of authority under CHRIST--and over both church and state.
Of the nation ISRAEL,
Moses, whom God raised up as their leader and lawgiver (though God the Father
is the original real Lawgiver) in all probability will be under the
Abraham-Isaac-Jacob team, but head over the national governments of the world
during the coming millennium. And probably Joshua, who succeeded Moses,
will be Moses' assistant in that office of worldwide national governments.
Again Armstrong is here talking FICTION! The IMAGINATION of his own MIND! For he uses words like "undoubtedly", "probably" and "in all probability", yet he offers NO PROOF! And by using such words he reveals his IGNORANCE in these matters! Yet he speaks as if he knows of what he speaks, and expects people to believe him! Where is his scriptural proof? He offers none! Theories upon theories, conjectures upon conjectures, unsupported by Scripture!
Armstrong Was Paranoid About Races
The nation Israel under
Moses was ONE RACE--very little interracial marriage had marred their racial
nationality.
The Promised Land was
then called Canaan. Canaanites, racially dark, had settled in the land.
But God had given this land to the racial descendants of Abraham BY
PROMISE! It did not belong to the Canaanites or other races settled there.
Earlier on Armstrong had correctly acknowledged that the Bible speaks about "families" and not "races". Yet he himself does not speak about "families", but speaks about "races". Armstrong comes across as fixated and paranoid about races! He must bring the matter of races even where races are not mentioned! Paranoia!
He also reveals that he DID NOT KNOW whether "other races settled there" - meaning the land of the Kanaani! For he fails to list them! He offers no proof! Just as he has offered no proof for several wild assertions he has made in his book!
Racially--Nationally--Religiously Separate
It's time we UNDERSTAND
THIS! This nation Israel was GOD'S NATION. But they were a physical, not a
spiritual nation. Yet God gave them HIS Church, as well as national government
and religion. GOD INTENDED TO KEEP THEM PHYSICALLY SEPARATE from other
nations--both nationally (racially) and religiously.
For them to
intermarry with other races would result in two things: It would interbreed
them into other races, and mix them into other idolatrous religions!
Armstrong Suggested Interracial Marriage
Degrades Human Beings
Armstrong suggests that it is wrong for interracial marriage to take place, for it will degrade the stock of the superior original stock - white, according to Armstrong! Armstrong evidently comes across as a RACIST! For though he explicitly says that no race is superior to the other, he nevertheless talks about interbreeding degrading the quality of the original pure stock - white, according to him! If no race is superior to the other, then interracial marriage, or "interbreeding", to use Armstrong's term, would in no way degrade any of the different racial stocks! But if "interbreeding" does degrade the stock of one of the two races that "interbred", then one of those two races is superior to the other!
Armstrong therefore needs to be consistent with this theory of his! For his theory is NOT INTERNALLY CONSISTENT! If no race is superior to the other then interbreeding does no harm to any race. But if interbreeding degrades either or both of the interbreeding races, then some races are indeed superior to the others! Armstrong should be consistent, and stop contradicting himself in this fallacious thesis of his!
Armstrong Refused To Acknowledge That
Yisraelites Were Black
The Israelites DID NOT
OBEY GOD!
Much later, after the
captivities of both Israel and Judah, God sent a colony of Jews from the
Judahite slave population in Babylon back to Jerusalem under Zerubbabel as
governor of the colony, to build the second Temple.
Among this colony were
the prophets Ezra and Nehemiah. Against God's command, the people of the colony
began to intermarry with Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites and other
races, "so that the holy seed [racially pure, for they had not the
Holy Spirit] have mingled themselves with the people of those lands..."
(Ezra 9:2).
The prophet Ezra was
ANGRY! He stood up before the congregation and said: "Ye have
transgressed, and have taken strange wives, to increase the trespass of Israel.
Now therefore...separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the
strange wives" (Ezra 10:10-11).
The ONLY MANNER Armstrong can say that the Yisraelites were "racially pure" is by acknowledging that they were BLACK! For if he says that Cham's children were black, and Yahudah married a Kanaani woman - black, according to Armstrong, and Yosef married a Mitzrian woman - black, according to Armstrong, and Moshe married a Kushite woman - black, according to Armstrong, then the only manner the Yisraelites would have remained racially pure is if they all married black people and WERE THEMSELVES BLACK!
Yet Armstrong says the Yisraelites were white! Armstrong's fallacious theory is therefore exposed by its internal logical inconsistency! Yet he expects people to believe it! Simply because he says it, after falsely claiming that he is indeed the Eliyah to come! Madness! Madness!
Ezra 9: 1-15 reads, "9:1Now when these things were done, the princes drew near to me, saying, 'The people of Yisra'el, and the Kohanim and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands, doing according to their abominations, even of the Kana`anim, the Chitti, the Perizzi, the Yevusi, the `Ammonim, the Mo`avim, the Mitzrim, and the Amori. 9:2For they have taken of their daughters for themselves and for their sons, so that the holy seed have mingled themselves with the peoples of the lands. Yes, the hand of the princes and rulers has been chief in this trespass. 9:3When I heard this thing, I tore my garment and my robe, and plucked off the hair of my head and of my beard, and sat down confounded. 9:4Then were assembled to me everyone who trembled at the words of the Mighty One of Yisra'el, because of the trespass of them of the captivity; and I sat confounded until the evening offering. 9:5At the evening offering I arose up from my humiliation, even with my garment and my robe torn. And I fell on my knees, and spread out my hands to Yahweh my Mighty One. 9:6And I said, 'My Mighty One, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to you, my Mighty One; for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our guiltiness is grown up to the heavens. 9:7Since the days of our fathers we have been exceeding guilty to this day. And for our iniquities have we, our kings, and our Kohanim, been delivered into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to captivity, and to plunder, and to confusion of face, as it is this day. 9:8Now for a little moment grace has been showed from Yahweh our Mighty One, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our Mighty One may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage. 9:9For we are bondservants. Yet our Mighty One has not forsaken us in our bondage, but has extended lovingkindness to us in the sight of the kings of Paras, to give us a reviving, to set up the house of our Mighty One, and to repair the ruins of it, and to give us a wall in Yahudah and in Yerushalayim. 9:10Now, our Mighty One, what shall we say after this? For we have forsaken your commandments, 9:11which you have commanded by your servants the prophets, saying, "The land, to which you go to possess it, is an unclean land through the uncleanness of the peoples of the lands, through their abominations, which have filled it from one end to another with their filthiness. 9:12Now therefore don't give your daughters to their sons, neither take their daughters to your sons, nor seek their shalom or their prosperity forever; that you may be strong, and eat the good of the land, and leave it for an inheritance to your children forever." 9:13After all that is come on us for our evil deeds, and for our great guilt, seeing that you our Mighty One have punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and have given us such a remnant, 9:14shall we again break your commandments, and join in affinity with the peoples that do these abominations? Would not you be angry with us until you had consumed us, so that there should be no remnant, nor any to escape? 9:15Yahweh, the Mighty One of Yisra'el, you are righteous; for we are left a remnant that is escaped, as it is this day. Behold, we are before you in our guiltiness; for none can stand before you because of this.'"
Ezra 9: 1 clearly shows us that the guilty Yisraelites were guilty of doing according to the abominations of the people of the land. Ezra 9: 2 shows us WHY they were so doing according to the abominations of the people of the land - because they had married the women of the land! In other words, the foreign wives that they had married HAD CAUSED them to commit the abominations that were being committed by those foreigners from whom they married those women!
The guilt of the guilty Yisraelites was NOT marrying interracially! For no race of these foreigners is given here in Ezra! Neither is the race of the Yisraelites given here! Their guilt was committing the abominations of the foreigners, which their foreign wives had caused them to engage in!
Why Yisraelites Were Forbidden From
Intermarrying With Their Neighbours
Ezra 9: 11 shows that the land of Kanaan was an unclean land, filled with the filth of the people inhabiting it from one end of it to another, by virtue of those people committing the abominations that they were committing in it! In other words, it was the abominations committed by those people that caused the land to be filthy, not that those people were of a different race compared to the Yisraelites, as Armstrong says they were!
Ezra 9: 12 and 14 show that the reason the Yisraelites were forbidden to marry these nations was to prevent them from partaking of the abominations that these nations partook of, even as already seen in Ezra 9: 2.
Seeing that Scripture is VERY CLEAR on the reason why Yahweh forbade the Yisraelites from marrying the nations they were dispossessing, and seeing that the reason had NOTHING to do with these people being of a race different to that of the Yisraelites, why is Armstrong TWISTING scripture to make it say what it is not? Why is Armstrong giving the reason for Yahweh forbidding the Yisraelites from marrying these nations to be the avoidance of interracial marriage, when Yahweh says no such thing? Armstrong is just promoting his own theories, and fallacious ones at that, expecting his readers to believe the fallacies he is promoting!
Why Errant Yisraelites Put Away Their Wives And
Progeny
Ezra 10: 1-5 reads, "10:1Now while Ezra prayed and made confession, weeping and casting himself down before the house of the Mighty One, there was gathered together to him out of Yisra'el a very great assembly of men and women and children; for the people wept very sore. 10:2Shekhanyahu the son of Yechi'el, one of the sons of `Elam, answered Ezra, 'We have trespassed against our Mighty One, and have married foreign women of the peoples of the land. Yet now there is hope for Yisra'el concerning this thing. 10:3Now therefore let us make a covenant with our Mighty One to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my master, and of those who tremble at the commandment of our Mighty One; and let it be done according to the law. 10:4Arise; for the matter belongs to you, and we are with you: be of good courage, and do it. 10:5Then arose Ezra, and made the chiefs of the Kohanim, the Levites, and all Yisra'el, to swear that they would do according to this word. So they swore."
It should be noted that the REASON the Yisraelites were forbidden from marrying women of the nations of the land they took over was because these people committed various abominations against Yahweh, and if the Yisraelites married these people they would cause the Yisraelites to share in their abominations against Yahweh. The reason was therefore SPIRITUAL, and NOT RACIAL! Therefore, when the Yisraelites undertook to repent of their sin of marrying women who were causing them to commit abominations against Yahweh, they were doing so to avoid having those causing them to commit abominations against Yahweh remaining married to them! They were NOT separating from them because they were of a different race!
Therefore, for Armstrong to suggest that they separated because they were of a different race is TWISTING Scripture!
Armstrong's Evil Race Law In The Worldwide
Church Of God
In fact, Armstrong's practice, and that of the Worldwide Church of God during the time that Armstrong was alive, was to enforce Armstrong's racial law within that church. For when an interracial marriage took place among members of this church, seeing that Armstrong had forbidden it, those who did were DISFELLOWSHIPPED from this church! Why? Not because their interracial marriage would cause any of those who so married to start committing abominations against Yahweh, but because Armstrong said so, and Armstrong's law was supreme within the Worldwide Church of God!
Armstrong therefore condemned those whom Yahweh did not condemn! For with Armstrong's law, based on Armstrong's reasoning, Yisrael would not have been constituted in the manner that it was. For Yahudah married a Kanaani woman! Yosef married a Mitzrian woman, and produced children by this Mitzrian woman, children who are numbered among Yisrael! If Armstrong's EVIL law was ruling then, then Asenat and her children, Menashshe and Efrayim would have been removed from Yisrael, and the tribe of Yosef would not have existed within Yisrael!
Armstrong's evil laws are therefore seen to have been contradicted by Yahweh's word and practice! Armstrong taught VAIN things, teaching for the fear of Yahweh his own commandments, thereby causing the people to worship Yahweh in vain! Armstrong was DEFINITELY a FALSE PROPHET, a FALSE TEACHER, a FALSE APOSTLE, a FALSE ELIYAH, a MINISTER OF HASATAN transforming himself into a minister of light! Madness! Absolute madness!
Armstrong Rejected Scripture In His
Speculations
Jesus Christ was born of
the tribe of Judah, and it was necessary that HE be of the original pure
racial strain, even as Noah was.
Firstly, Armstrong has not proven that Noach was of "the original pure racial strain", his repeated assertions notwithstanding!
Secondly he says that Yah'shuah the Messiah was of "the original pure racial strain". Scripture, in Beresheet 38, clearly shows that Yahudah had sex with Tamar, and that sexual union produced one of Yah'shuah's human ancestors. Can Armstrong PROVE that Tamar was not a Kanaani woman? Can Armstrong prove that Tamar was of the same race as Yahudah? Can Armstrong prove that Tamar was white?
Evidently he cannot! For if he could he would have. But he did not, because he could not! Yet he goes on repeating his theories as if they are indeed fact, when he has not proven them! He thinks that by repeating them enough times they will magically become fact! How ludicrous! Yet this is what Armstrong is doing! Madness! Madness!
Also, it should be noted that one of Yah'shuah's ancestors was a woman from Moav - Rut. Yet, in Ezra 9: 1 we see that some of the women the returned exiles had married, who were committing abominations, were Moavite women! If the sin of these Yisraelites who married Moavite women was, as Armstrong appears to allege, the Moavim were of a different race from the Yisraelites, then Armstrong also alleges that Yah'shuah was NOT racially pure, for he had a Moavite woman, Rut, in his ancestry!
Manifest Internal Contradictions In Armstrong's
Thesis
Again we see the manifest INTERNAL CONTRADICTIONS in Armstrong's thesis! He says the reason the Yisraelites were not allowed to marry the Moavim was because the Moavim were of a different race from the Yisraelites, seeing that Ezra 9: 1 mentioned Moavite women among those the returned exiles married. Yet Scripture clearly shows, in the book of Rut, that Rut was a Moavite woman, and it is from Rut's progeny that Yah'shuah the Messiah was indeed born! Armstrong's assertion that it was necessary that Yah'shuah be of "the original pure racial strain" is therefore seen to be a FICTITIOUS and FALLACIOUS assertion, negated by Yahweh's own words!
It is very evident that Yah'shuah the Messiah DID NOT teach Armstrong the teachings Armstrong taught, Armstrong's claims notwithstanding! For Armstrong's words are contradicted by those of Yahweh! Armstrong was just preaching falsehoods; the imagination of his own head, or the words Hasatan his master gave him to preach! He was just making FALSE CLAIMS and palming these off as truth, thereby deceiving many people!
The "Jesus Christ" Armstrong Preached Was A
False Messiah
It should also be noted that the "Jesus Christ" that Armstrong preached, the one who was "of the original pure racial strain", was a FALSE MESSIAH! For Scripture shows that Yah'shuah the Messiah certainly DID NOT have an ancestry as Armstrong tries to portray! Seeing that Yah'shuah the Messiah IS NOT the "Jesus Christ" that Armstrong describes, Armstrong's "Jesus Christ" MUST INDEED be a FALSE MESSIAH - a messiah DIFFERENT from the one revealed by the holy scriptures!
Seeing that Armstrong preached a FALSE MESSIAH, a messiah different from the one revealed in the holy scriptures, why should his words be trusted? Why should his words be believed?
Yah'shuah Warned Us Not To Be Led Astray
Mattityahu 24: 4-5 reads, "24:4Yah'shuah answered them, 'Be careful that no one leads you astray. 24:5For many will
come in my name, saying, 'I am the Messiah,' and will lead many astray.'"
Mattityahu 24: 11 reads, "24:11Many false
prophets will arise, and will lead many astray."
Mattityahu 24: 24-25 reads, "24:24For there will
arise false Messiahs, and false prophets, and they will show
great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even
the elect. 24:25Behold, I have told you beforehand."
The true Yah'shuah, the true Messiah, warned us to be careful that no one leads us astray. For many would come in his name, acknowledging him as the Messiah, BUT would still lead many astray.
Armstrong's Effective Deceiving Technique
Armstrong did indeed acknowledge that Yah'shuah was the Messiah. But he still led people astray! In other words, an effective way of leading people astray is to come in the name of Yah'shuah, acknowledging Yah'shuah as the Messiah!
Also, seeing that Armstrong proclaimed himself to be a prophet, the Eliyah to come, and led many astray, he was indeed a false prophet!
Armstrong's Great Signs And Wonders
Also, by his "great signs and wonders", the large circulation of The Plain Truth magazine, the well financed Worldwide Church of God, the three Ambassador College campuses, the works undertaken by his Ambassador Foundation, his regular and frequent visits to the world's top politicians and industrialists, he did indeed lead astray several people!
Armstrong Led Many Of Us Astray
The true Messiah, Yah'shuah, warned us that SUCH FALSE PROPHETS would indeed come! And one of them was Herbert W. Armstrong! And he indeed led many of us astray! Yes - he led MANY OF US ASTRAY!
It is indeed by Yahweh's grace that he has seen it fit to remove the cloak of Armstrong's deception from our eyes, that we may perceive Armstrong for what he really was - a false prophet, a prophet of Hasatan the devil! Praise Yahweh for his tender mercy and revelation! Halleluyah!
The Messiah Who Taught Armstrong
And seeing that Armstrong claimed he was taught his teachings by "Jesus Christ", and seeing that his "Jesus Christ" is not the true Messiah revealed in the holy scriptures, it is indeed evident that Armstrong was taught by a FALSE MESSIAH, a FALSE ANOINTED ONE, HASATAN - THE ANOINTED KERUV! That is Armstrong's messiah! That is Armstrong's teacher! The father of lies, who foists deceptions upon the whole world!
However, the so-called
Lost Ten Tribes--the kingdom of Israel- -continued into western Europe and
Britain. We cannot be positive in respect to the various tribal identities
today, but probably France or at least the northern French are the tribe of
Reuben. Ephraim and Manasseh journeyed on into the British Isles. They
became a colonizing people, and according to prophecy they were to lose their
first colony.
The U.S. has become
known as the "melting pot" of the world. Instead of refuting a Manasseh
ancestry, this fact actually confirms it. The proof that the U.S. is Manasseh
is overwhelming. Manasseh was to separate from Ephraim and become the greatest,
wealthiest single nation of earth's history. America alone has fulfilled this
prophecy. Manasseh was in fact a thirteenth tribe. There were twelve original
tribes. Joseph was one of these twelve. But when Joseph divided into two tribes
and Manasseh separated into an independent nation, it became a thirteenth
tribe.
Could it be mere
coincidence that it started, as a nation, with thirteen colonies?
But what about the other
tribes of the so-called Lost Ten Tribes? While the birthright was Joseph's, and
its blessings have come to the British Commonwealth of nations and the United
States of America, yet the other eight tribes of Israel were also God's chosen
people. They, too, have been blessed with a good measure of material
prosperity--but not the dominance of the birthright.
We lack space for a
detailed explanation of the specific identity of all of these other tribes in
the nations of our twentieth century. Suffice it to say here that there is
ample evidence that these other eight tribes have descended into such
northwestern European nations as Holland, Belgium, Denmark, northern France,
Luxembourg, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway. The people of Iceland are also of
Viking stock. The political boundaries of Europe, as they exist today, do
not necessarily show lines of division between descendants of these original
tribes of Israel.
Armstrong's Inconsistent Modern Israel
Theory
The internal INCONSISTENCIES in Armstrong's thesis are NUMEROUS! In one section he says "we cannot be positive in respect to the various tribal identities today, but probably France or at least the northern French are the tribe of Reuben"! Thus he acknowledges that he is just theorising! Then in another section he goes on to name the geographical regions inhabited by those he says are the descendants of the various tribes of Yisrael! Armstrong should be consistent! Either he knows or he doesn't know!
It appears, based on the entire thesis covered so far, that he DOESN'T KNOW what he is talking about. For several of his comments have been contradicted by Yahweh's word!
It also appears that this paranoia about race was just leading up to him declaring that significant portions of the white race are the descendants of Yisrael! Thus giving him the satisfaction of asserting that the white race is the original pure racial stock of Adam, Noach, Yisrael and Yah'shuah the Messiah! And that the white race is superior to the other races! Armstrong was indeed a racist!
It should also be remembered that Armstrong FAILED to offer even a single scriptural proof showing that the Yisraelites were indeed white, and that other races were what he classified them to be. Yet he expects people to believe his theories, and fallacious ones at that!
It should also be noted that Armstrong conjectured that the seed of other races was put into Chavah, the mother of all humans, and that in due course the races appeared. Now, if indeed Chavah was so created, with different races capable of coming out of her seed, was she created to be degenerate? For if Armstrong asserts that one race - the whites - are superior, in that they are the original pure racial stock, does he suggest that Yahweh built into Chavah degenerate progeny? Is not Armstrong, in this, showing some derision for Yahweh's creation? Is he not disparaging Yahweh's creation by his fixation and paranoia with race matters? And by so doing, TWISTING Yahweh's words to mean what they do not mean?
Armstrong was indeed a false teacher and a false prophet transforming himself into a minister of righteousness!
