Can A Wife Legally Prevent Her Husband From Marrying An
Additional Wife?

I read some of your
material on polygyny. It seems as you have omitted a very important fact. That
is that a woman could include in her ketubah [marriage contract] that her
HUSBAND COULD TAKE NO MORE WIVES IN ADDITION TO HER until after her death. That
fact invalidates much of what you have printed on this site.

By what Scriptural authority could a woman forbid her husband from taking additional wives while she was still alive? I have found no such authority to date. And I would be hesitant to give someone authority that Yahweh has not given that one. I look forward to hearing from you.
