The above study found that the old covenant, the covenant Yahweh entered into with the children of Yisrael, remains in force. It also found that other covenants that Yahweh has entered into with humans at different historical periods have continued, and continue, to remain in force. It found that an existing covenant of Yahweh is not automatically abrogated simply by virtue of Yahweh entering into another covenant, even covenants Yahweh enters into with the same party.
Scripture clearly shows that not only was the sinaitic (old) covenant not abrogated upon the death and resurrection of Yah'shuah the Messiah, it will continue to remain in force even up to the time of the return of Yah'shuah the Messiah to earth. Even up to the time that he will regather the children of Yisrael from the various nations they are currently scattered in all over the earth. The provisions of the old covenant therefore continue to remain in force, popular contrary views notwithstanding!
Scripture also shows that Yahweh will indeed commend non-Yisraelites who keep the sinaitic covenant, bringing them to his house of prayer. Yahweh's house of prayer is therefore not just for sinaitic covenant-keeping Yisraelites, but also for sinaitic covenant-keeping non-Yisraelites - a house of prayer for all peoples!
The difference between the new covenant, the covenant Yahweh will enter into with regathered Yisrael, and the old covenant, the sinaitic covenant, is that Yahweh's righteous laws will be written in the hearts and minds of his children Yisrael. Yahweh will impart his Spirit to his children, thereby facilitating their upholding and observance of his word and laws.
As the sinaitic covenant continues to remain in force, and Yahweh commends all who keep and observe it, all - both Yisraelites and non-Yisraelites, should faithfully keep and observe it.
