Yah'shuah is the High Priest after the order of Malki-Tzedek. He is entitled to receive Yahweh's tithes in Yahweh's stead.
Yah'shuah's brothers are those he is bringing to glory, those he is saving. These assist Yah'shuah in his Malki-Tzedek priestly duties. Just as the tithes within Yisrael are paid to the Aharonic priesthood and the Levites assisting the Aharonic priesthood in their priestly duties, so also CAN tithes paid to Malki-Tzedek be paid to Yah'shuah's brothers assisting him in his priestly duties. Yah'shuah's brothers, his disciples and servants, CAN therefore receive the tithes due to the Malki-Tzedek priesthood. That is, those assisting Yah'shuah in his work of bringing many sons to glory are the ones who CAN receive tithes due to the Malki-Tzedek priesthood.
It should also be noted that within Yisrael agricultural and livestock produce tithes belong to the Aharonic priesthood. These MUST NOT be given to those assisting Yah'shuah in his Malki-Tzedek priestly duties. But outside Yisrael agricultural and livestock produce tithes CAN be given to those assisting Yah'shuah in his Malki-Tzedek priestly duties. Also, within Yisrael, non-agricultural and non-livestock produce tithes CAN be given to those assisting Yah'shuah in his Malki-Tzedek priestly duties.
In other words, as Yahweh doesn't appear to have given a specific COMMAND concerning tithes outside Yisrael, and non-agricultural and non-livestock produce tithes within Yisrael, it appears that these can be given to those assisting Yah'shuah in his Malki-Tzedek priestly duties, even as Avraham gave a tithe of the war booty to Malki-Tzedek after his slaughter of the kings! That is, tithing outside Yisrael and within Yisrael on non-agricultural and non-livestock produce isn't done by way of commandment, but by way of freewill offering, following after the example of Avraham, who was blessed of Yahweh upon so doing!
